Time 2 Shine offer’s free shipping for orders over $89 excluding complete bikes, and FreshPark products. When you receive free shipping, we use UPS ground shipping, and the above chart is a good reference for when your order will arrive after it ships.
If you would like expedited shipping, you may call us for an accurate shipping quote or you may select expedited shipping during your check out process. We offer the following expedited shipping services through UPS.

If you would like to use your own shipping account, you may do so. You may either call us and let us know your shipping account number or you may enter it in the note section of the check out process. Please make sure that the shipping address matches the address listed on your UPS or FedEx account number. If this does not match, it may cause a delay in shipping.
If you order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us immediately at 1.888.714.5553. If we sent the wrong product by accident, we will send you a prepaid return label that you just have to print out and stick on the box and send it back. If your product is damaged, we will file a claim with UPS, and they will come to your shipping address to inspect the package, and we will ship your replacement immediately. Your order will arrive within 3-5 days after it ships. Tracking information will be supplied electronically.
