Refund & Returns Policy
Eligibility Period
You may request a return within 15 days of receipt. After 15 days, we cannot issue a refund or exchange.
Condition Requirements
To qualify, items must be NEW, UNUSED, UNWORN, and UNINSTALLED condition, and in the original packaging.

Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

- NOTICE: Once a complete bike ships the order can not be refunded or returned. ALL Sales of Complete Bikes are FINAL.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial. If approved, the refund (minus the restocking fee) is processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges & Defective Items
We will replace items only if they arrive damaged or defective. For exchange requests, email us at sales@time2shinebmx.com with your order number and description of the issue.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance — we can’t guarantee receiving your return.
