Shipping Policy
How long will my order take?
We carry a lot of BMX parts the big online stores don't: race parts, special-order and made-to-order items from the brands riders actually want. We're a small shop, not Amazon, so here's what to expect:
- Most orders ship within 1–5 business days. Shipping is often faster, but some items can take 1–3 weeks to ship, especially special-order and made-to-order parts and some complete bikes.
- An order with items from different brands may ship in more than one package and arrive on different days.
- You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. For some special-order items, tracking can take a few days to come through.
- We don't offer expedited or overnight shipping.
- Need it by a certain date? Email sales@time2shinebmx.com before you order and we'll give you an honest answer.
Shipping costs
- We ship within the United States only. Complete bikes, frames, forks, wheels, rims, tires and handlebars ship to the lower 48 states only.
- Complete bikes and frames ship free.
- Many parts and accessories ship free on orders of $250 or more.
- Wheels, rims, forks, tires, handlebars and some brands have their own flat shipping rate, shown at checkout before you pay.
Items That May Require Special Handling
Lithium Batteries & E‑Device Batteries
- Lithium batteries or electronics containing lithium require special labeling and handling. UPS, FedEx, and USPS all have restrictions on the quantity and size of batteries per shipment.
- If you place an order with more than the allowable quantity, we may require you to pay a surcharge or ship parts separately.

ORM‑D Items & Hazardous Goods
Certain products must ship under ORM‑D regulations and can only go via ground shipping (no air, express, or international). These include:
- Aerosols, oils, adhesives, glues, putty, solvents, and similar items
These items may limit shipping method and increase cost.
