The DK Phase USA Stem is a machined aluminum stem manufactured in-house at DK Bicycles in Ohio. Built from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum, it combines strength and minimal weight for street, park, and ramp riding. The design refines DK's original BMX stem concept with modern engineering for reliable front-end control.

• Twin truss design – Internal ribbing structure distributes stress across the stem body, increasing rigidity without adding material. Reduces flex during tricks and hard landings while keeping weight down.

• Weight reduction cavities – Strategic material removal in non-critical areas lowers overall weight (10.3–10.9 oz) without compromising structural integrity. Every gram saved improves maneuverability and reduces pedaling resistance.

• Offset pinch slot – Asymmetrical positioning of the bar clamp slot allows better cable routing and cleaner cockpit setup, reducing interference with brake and gyro systems.

• Flared bosses on clamp area – Enlarged clamping surface distributes load across a wider footprint, increasing bolt contact area and preventing bar slippage during grinding and impact. Improves clamping security without over-tightening.

• 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum – Premium alloy rated for aviation use, offering superior strength-to-weight ratio, corrosion resistance, and durability compared to standard aluminum.

• USA-made hardware – Socket head cap bolts (M8 x 1.25mm x 22mm) for both clamp and pinch positions. Stainless steel hardware resists rust and ensures consistent torque hold.
