The DUO CNC Chainring is a two-bar design machined from 5mm 7075 aluminum. Lightweight and structurally efficient, it delivers reliable engagement without excess material, available in 40-tooth or 44-tooth configurations.

• 5mm 7075 Aluminum Construction – 7075 is a high-strength aluminum alloy that resists bending and wear. The 5mm thickness provides sufficient rigidity for power transfer while minimizing weight. CNC machining ensures precise tolerances and consistent performance across all chainrings.

• Two-Bar Design – Reduces material while maintaining structural integrity. The minimalist design decreases rotational weight and simplifies cleaning without sacrificing strength or engagement.

• Reinforced Drive Bolt Mounting – Four drive bolt areas feature localized reinforcement to prevent stress concentration and cracking at connection points—critical for high-torque tricks and extended riding.

• 4 x 104mm Standard Bolt Circle Diameter (BCD) – Compatible with most modern BMX cranksets using standard four-bolt chainring mounts. 104mm BCD is the most common size across the market.

• 3/32" Pitch – Standard BMX chain pitch. Works with all 3/32" chains (single-speed and multi-speed compatible).

• Tooth Count Options – 40-tooth delivers faster acceleration and lower gear ratio; 44-tooth provides higher top-end speed and better for higher cadence riding.
