The Excess Mini Expert is a lightweight cassette-style rear hub designed for 20" BMX race wheels in Mini and Expert age classes. Built with a 3-pawl, single-engagement system that locks into a 24-tooth ratchet ring, it provides reliable drive engagement with reduced weight. Features four sealed bearings and an alloy axle for minimal rotational mass.

Best suited for competitive racing where weight reduction improves acceleration and handling for younger riders while maintaining reliable engagement for gate starts. Optional Center Lock adapter allows disc brake rotor mounting. Standard 10mm alloy axle with M6 bolt configuration fits most race frames designed for Mini and Expert classes.
