Description

The Excess XLS-1 is a complete 20" (451mm) mini and cruiser race wheelset built on XLS double-wall 6061-T6 rims, sealed bearing hubs and a 3-pawl cassette driver. The rear hub runs a V-brake straight away and takes a CenterLock disc rotor if you switch to disc later.

  • Dual brake rear hub: V-brake ready, converts to disc with a CenterLock rotor and CenterLock-to-ISO adapter (sold separately)
  • 3 pawls on a 24-tooth ratchet ring for 15-degree engagement out of the gate
  • Sealed bearings front and rear keep dirt and moisture out
  • 28H or 36H drilling: 28-spoke for lighter riders, 36-spoke for heavier riders or added strength
  • 10mm chromoly axles with M6 hex bolts
  • Rim tape included; cassette cog not included

Fitment
