Ikon Alloy 20" Rim 406x28 36h No Brake Surface

The IKON UltraLite 406x28 is a double-walled 6061-T6 alloy 20" BMX race rim with a brakeless, disc-specific profile. At 312g (11 oz) it gives you the strength of a 1.75" rim at the weight of a 1.5" rim, and it runs front or rear. Offered in black with blue, red or white graphics.

Fitment

Fits 20" (406) BMX tires and 36-hole hubs, front or rear. Not for rim brakes. Angled nipple holes suit cross lacing; radial lacing is not recommended.

Tubeless Ready System: the bead lock system makes the rim tubeless ready with a tubeless-specific tire. Converting needs a special valve, sealant rim tape and liquid sealer (sold separately). Tubeless saves rotational weight, and the sealant helps seal small punctures.

Disc Braking Compatible: designed to be used as a front rim or a rear rim with a disc brake.
