Description

S&M Chain Saw Sprocket (30, 33, 36, 39, 42, 44T)

This CNC-machined aluminum sprocket is available in six tooth counts (30T through 44T) to accommodate different gear ratios. Features universal 3/32" teeth compatible with all BMX chains and a 15/16" center bore with included adapters for 19mm, 22mm, and 24mm spindles. Made in the USA and available in six color options including polished.

Key Features

  • CNC-machined 6061 aluminum – Precision machining ensures accurate tooth profiles and tight tolerances while 6061 alloy provides strength-to-weight advantage over steel sprockets
  • Universal 3/32" tooth width – Compatible with all standard BMX chains (1/8" and 3/32") without requiring specific chain matching
  • 15/16" center bore with included adapters – Fits 19mm, 22mm, and 24mm crank spindles using provided adapter rings, eliminating need to purchase separate hardware
  • Six tooth count options – Choose from 30T, 33T, 36T, 39T, 42T, or 44T to dial in desired gear ratio for acceleration vs. top speed balance
  • Made in USA – Domestic CNC machining with quality control throughout production

Compatibility and Ideal Use Cases

Works with all three-piece cranks using 19mm, 22mm, or 24mm spindles and any standard BMX chain. Smaller tooth counts (30T-33T) provide quicker acceleration and easier manual balance for technical street riding, while larger counts (39T-44T) offer higher top speeds for racing, dirt jumping, or riders who prioritize speed over quick response. Mid-range options (36T) balance acceleration and top end for all-around park and street use. The universal bore and included adapters make this sprocket compatible across different cranksets without additional purchases.
