Description
S&M Hoder Superhigh Signature Bar 9.75"
Mike Hoder's signature handlebar with 9.75" rise and 31" width, designed to match his taller frame and shoulder width. Built from straight-gauge 4130 chromoly tubing with dual-radius bends and reinforced top bend geometry. Made in the USA with S&M's Big Box crossbar design.
Key Features
- Straight-gauge .083" wall chromoly tubing – Consistent wall thickness throughout the bar provides predictable strength and durability without weight penalties of over-built designs
- 9.75" rise – Taller rise positions grips higher for riders with longer torsos or those who prefer upright body position for street and park riding
- 31" width – Extended width matches broader shoulder measurements and provides increased leverage for control during technical riding
- Dual-radius bends with reinforced top bend – Large-radius top bend distributes stress over a wider area to reduce risk of failure at the bend, a common high-stress zone
- 11° backsweep – Aggressive sweep angle rotates grips rearward for comfortable wrist position and relaxed arm angle during extended sessions
- Big Box crossbar design – S&M's box-style crossbar construction increases torsional stiffness and impact resistance compared to round tube crossbars

Compatibility and Ideal Use Cases
Fits standard front load and top load stems with appropriate clamp diameter. The 9.75" rise and 31" width suit taller riders (approximately 6'0" and above) or those with wider shoulder width who find standard 8-9" bars too low or narrow. The aggressive 11° backsweep works well for riders who prefer bars pulled closer to the body. Best for street, park, and transition riding where the extra height provides leverage and comfort for technical tricks and extended sessions.
