Description
Husky 4 Speed Bar Chromoly Handlebars
The Husky 4 Speed Bar is a USA-made 100% 4130 chromoly handlebar built as an authentic reproduction of 1966–1971 4-Speed Husqvarna motorcycle handlebars, upgraded with premium materials for modern strength standards. Designed for vintage motocross enthusiasts and compatible with any two-wheeled application running a standard 7/8" clamp, including motorcycles, cruisers, klunkers, and BMX-style builds.
Key Features
- Authentic vintage reproduction — Geometry faithfully replicates the original 1966–1971 Husqvarna 4-Speed bar profile, preserving the correct sweep and rise proportions of the era for riders and restorers seeking period-correct aesthetics
- Premium 4130 chromoly construction — Upgraded material over original spec provides a superior strength-to-weight ratio compared to the mild steel used in period bars, while maintaining the correct visual profile
- 7/8" OD main tube — Standard 7/8" outer diameter is compatible with conventional motorcycle stems, clamps, levers, and grips without requiring adapters or custom fitment
- 20° backsweep and 12° upsweep — High sweep angles characteristic of vintage MX bar geometry, positioning hands in a natural grip angle for upright riding positions common on cruisers and klunkers
- 0.5" crossbar drop — Low crossbar profile keeps clearance open for riders whose hands or body may contact the crossbar during aggressive riding or maneuvering
- Made in USA — Domestic production with consistent material and manufacturing standards

Suited to vintage motorcycle restoration, cruiser builds, klunkers, and any two-wheeled application where period-correct Husqvarna bar geometry is desired. The high backsweep and upsweep angles are not optimized for aggressive BMX street or park riding — this bar is best suited to upright, relaxed riding positions typical of cruiser and vintage motorcycle applications.
